I am on 480mg/day of verapail, and I too have experienced this.
I agree w/you that these are possible attacks and the meds are doing their job. It is an odd twinge feeling I experience in my left eye (my CH hits the left side). I havent asked my neuro about it because it is hard to explain and is doesnt seem like it occurs at a particular time ? Have yours come at regular times ? I will say that even w/the verapamil, I will experince CH's an a 3-5 scale, not a usual 7-10. These I usually take my O2 and an imitrex to fight the CH and that has given me the best results.
