and the answer to your question...no doubt about it. Working nights screws up the circadian clock in the hypothalawhat'sit thing. It's not so much the working at night, it's more the trying to be Mr. Nice Guy and rearrange your sleeping/eating schedule to fit the "normal" 8 to 5 folks. I've worked a rotating schedule for almost 34 years and I say screw the 8 to 5 freaks. That's my opinion and I'm stickin' with it.
