Your story with Zack reminds me of a time many years ago that I too was having a cluster in the middle of the night. Evidently my 8 year old son heard me in the bedroom. When I turned to the side of my bed, my son was simply sitting there, held my hand and watched the big hand on the clock until he knew his mommy would be temporarily pain free again.
