I did a search just last week and found many sites at www.lycos.com by typing in rebound headaches. Some even listed meds that are know to cause rebound headaches. I found that muscle relaxants are the biggies. I was taking flexeral 3x daily for back pain. I switched to heating pad and ibuprofin and stopped taking the flexeral. I did notice a difference. However, stopping all your meds sounds a bit drastic. I would recomend you research which of your meds can cause rebounds. Then evaluate which ones you think you can live without. Hope this helps.
