Mine are doing the same thing. Went through a bad cycle from October through January. In February they flipped sides and have been very mild since. Usually only at night, I've been having from one to three a night. But very mild. Oxygen usually kicks them in about 5 minutes. I was wondering the same thing you are. I've always been episodic so this is unusual for me.
