As to light and noise during a HA. I have found that my reaction to
both depends on the severity of the HA. For a lighter HA (up to maybe 7)
I find that I like a low lighting and a little bit of noise, perhaps just
as a distraction from the pain. As the pain gets worse, I become extremely
intolerant of any noise, and prefer it to be dark. The worst is trying to
talk during the HA. The concentration it requires just to get out a coherent
sentence absolutely wears me out.
