it was a stone. No CH involved! This could happen to you in any time. But during an attack we close firmly the jaws and the stone could be dropped in the salivar duct. With the painful swallow you "extract" the stone.
My MIL have had these things for a lot of time (her stones was bigger)
In your case, if you have no pain now, is probably that you have no more stones.
...This is the first time that a Cluster has been useful! If you didn't expel that stone, you have risked in the future, a surgical operation in your cheek!
