I am only taking about 1/10th the dosage you are. No wonder I am not having any side effects! I have doing the water thing and lots of caffeine at first sign of a "stab" and so far I haven't been forced to give up my normal activities. The dr. also prescribed Flonase nosespray. I am surprised there isn't a protocol among the CH doctors that they follow, rather than drs. just prescribing their favorites. Or maybe there is one.
