your 'puter one of those that still has a crank handle on the side? Seriously, ya might want to upgrade your browser if you haven't in a while. I did it recently (gun to the head, some kind of authorization or something had expired in my old one and I couldn't access my finances or use my plastic online). Upgraded to Netscape Navigator 4.0 and most of the problems are gone.
