My first GP prescribed a fast acting form of Aspirin for my 'headaches'. After succeeding the struggle with the childproof packaging, I could count the minutes until it kicked in, usually around 30. But without the Aspirin an attack lasted half an hour. So, Aspirin sooner punches a hole into your stomach than even denting a CH; in other words: it's useless for our purpose.
The hot pepper stuff has been discussed before and apparently used with success by some. Search the archives (using the button on top right of the main page) for capsicum, capsaicin, pepper, chili.
