hmmm. i don't believe i've heard of those names associated with serotonin before...
where can i get some? i've been taking 5-htp to up my serotonin levels for a bit less than a month now, and its hard to see any major effects right now...spring is here, pollen is in the air, and my allergies are driving me almost as crazy as my cluster ha's! but i would really appreciate any information about Aconite and Spigelia that you could possibly email to me; or if you happen to know of any web sites listing information about them, or any other serotonin-boosting drugs.
