I have been in a cycle four 3 months. I usually experience CH's annually or biannually. This last cycle was different, more intense.
Here is the weirdest part. I dream about my headaches. Quite often before I awake with a headache, I incorporate the pain into my dream. I am actually dreaming about pain. Sometimes, I am semi-conscience and try to stay asleep.
I must be going crazy. The good news is I'm taking less pain medication and using a hot compress or shower instead. Soon, my cycle should be over.
