Nasal Imitrex 20mg. worked like a champ for me as long as I was conscious when the attack came on. Many times they would wake me from a period of REM sleep and then the Imitrex did nothing. Any time I could feel the eye start to droup (the aura) I could snort one and the killer would never start. I keep one in my truck and one in my office at all times. My little security snort. :-)
