Deveny, you are the best daughter that your mom could expect. And is not only because she grew up you! A person have to born with these qualities.
I cannot explain what I have felt reading your letter, I can only say that I have wept long time. You have a mother "out of the standard".
I don't know if she will be a little shy for your letter, I think that is in her character. But surely she has to be PROUD of you, and you daughters be proud of her. Whatever could happen you all, you will be able to win and/or to cope.
