shadow is a definiton a bit vague. Everyone of us has HIS/HER shadows.
And also the meaning....for someone shadow is a little attack, for others is the little pain that come before the attack, and for others are the first, light attacks at the start of cycle.
I give my definition: your (equal to mine) shadows are the precursors of my cycles, I get it a week before the full cycle start.
I hope that's not for you!
But remember, I have, during the year, many "false" shadows, that scares me, but DO NOT start a cycle (I think that's a psychological thing)
