I was asked in the chat room about the chilled O2 setup by Dab and possibly others so here it is again.

You'll need a 2 quart open mouthed insulated plastic jug (mine's made by Igloo) and 25 feet of 3/8" od plastic tubing. Coil the tubing in the jug leaving several inche sticking out the top. Fill the jug with water being careful not to get water in the tubing. Place in freezer until frozen solid. Cut the mask tubing at about 20 inches from the mask. This is 1/4" od and loosely fits inside the 3/8" tubing in the jug. Several wraps of Scotch tape make the fit perfect. When the beast hits, get the setup out of the freezer, find a comfortable spot, and hook up the O2 tank and mask. I've found that it takes around 5 or 6 breaths before the cool O2 starts to flow into the mask but it does help me. I've rarely had to pace and many times when the CH was at 7 and pushing 8, dancing in place and staying on O2 aborted it in about 5 minutes. Good luck.

Kip
