Welcome to the board and sorry you are here. I'm in south FL (Jupiter) but sadly can't reccommend a doc. Mine is family practice and not really up on CH. I do get my script for O2 renewed though but still get "the look". I've been using O2 for about 15 years now and it almost always aborts the CH in 20 minutes or less. Check the "Where We Live" button on the left side board, there are a lot of sunshine staters there and maybe one can reccommend a good doc. Good luck.
