I also have used the spray during my last cycle - Yes, my insurance only cover's 6 per month. and the cost for another 6 (at least here in Ct. is about $80) aside from the cost, I also believe that there are some harmful long term effects of using nasal spray (which is unfortunate because I also found that they worked really well, not 100%, but reducing the pain to almost nothing within 20 minutes, where they had been lasting about 1 hour without the nasal spray.
