Is it me, or do the "shadows", which come when a cycle would have occured it seems,...do they last a hell of a lot longer than a full blown CH? All my life a full blown CH would last between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours...I was finally diagnosed 2 years ago, and thank god the preventative (amitryptiline) seems to work. But I noticed that shadows last a lot longer, like 4 to 12 hours...Does this sound right? Thanks.
