Adrian, considering the (possible) side effects of Prednisone and Verapamil, it would be better to up the Verapamil. With 240 mg/day you are at a rather low dosage. (Doctors have a tendency to rx a similar dose as for heart patients). Going up to 360 mg/day could make all the difference. I am currently taking 560 mg/day, with much success, and many are going higher.
