The Pituitary gland hangs right off the Hypothalamus. Goadsby's Cluster Headache research has documented structural abnormalities in the Hypothalamus. Interesting. Cause or effect? Who knows. Perhaps Bob P. is on to something with his 'man boob' theory. I just wish I knew what a 'man boob' was. I don't know if Doc Goadsby is aware of 'man boobs' or not. I'm going to E-mail him now.
