But I don't think that's a cause of CH (or vice-versa). Surely is related to the attacks (see Chana post), is not a cause, but an effect.
I have wondered your same thing, many years before, but I have seen on the board that is not "statistically" correct. Here we have low, normal and high BP, and we are all with clusters...
