I know just what your going through and If I ever let my mind set get to where I even thought the things you say about being self distructive,(In a Humorous manner I hope) I would slit my wrist in the shower.
I can't allow that mentallity to slip in or it's "Curtains for Old Sailpappy"
Maybe your depressed because of the CH's or maybe the depression is caused by the CH's, I'd consider trying the Remeron and see if it helps both ailments! John Hallahan
