OTC stuff like paracetamol. I cant 'ibroprofen' coz Im an asthmatic and 'syndol' leaves me feeling like Ive been doing some "other" drugs, without actually helping the pain!! (LOL)
I try not to take anything, until I HAVE to. Im not sure whether that's a good or a bad thing.
I've found cold/flu remedy tablets help me occasionally. But they're expensive so I dont bother with those too much either!
So, am I doing without (kinda) or am I still dependent? Thats the question!
