Cluster pain can increase the hell out of blood pressure. I was in the process of being brushed off by an annoyed ER doc, till he saw my blood pressure. Then he started worrying that I might have a stroke and drop dead at his feet. It was almost worth the pain just to see the way that that doc freaked out.
