Recipe for Brain Food

1 glass of Pineapple Juice
2 Tablespoon of Soy Lecithin Granules ($5.00 8oz can)
2 Capfulls of Chlorophyll with mint ($5.49 8oz jar)

Take one glass in the morning before work or school and one glass when you get home. This recipe was given out on a talk show over the radio by a Neurologist. The Lecithin enhances learning and memory. I don't know about you guys but I find with all my headaches every day, my world has become a gray haze. My short term memory has also been affected. I found out with this drink each morning I am more alert,and I see things clearly and in focus. I wake up each morning 2am with headaches pain beginning at a 7, 3 hours goes by before I start to just have shadows for the rest of the day. The Neurologist said this was brain food. Let me know if you get the same results I did with clear and focus vision and full alertness.
