Another night 2 hours spent in the basement where it is cool and dark. Pacing cursing out the beast that won't let me sleep. This cycle is 6 weeks old should be coming to the end. I'm tired. Afraid to lay down. I know what will happen if I do. They are not as bad as they where maybe 8, I hope that is the light at the end of this tunnel. to the chronic sufferers God bless you. I don't think I could do this without knowing there would be an end.
