I have heard many persons that abort clusters with strong exercise. I (sometimes) abort clusters with hyperventilation. Many of us (and I too) abort with O2.
Some have the run around the table, around home.
And the sleep apnea?

Also many meds changes the level of oxigen breathed: some may give asthma, some (Verapamil) alter the hearthbeat, many 'burn' more oxigen than normal in our body.

And more... I have avoided 2 cycles (obviously I'm not sure of this, but...) letting the home and work windows always open (I think that this thing DO NOT FUNCTION if you live in Manhattan..:-) ).

Then I'm wondering if is not due to the exercise, the O2, the hyperventilation...but only to changing the way of breath.
Don't know how, nor why, but all these methods changes the 'usual' way to breath.
Some thoughts?

Ciao and PFNAD
