I was interested in someone's comments way down the line about having CH for 8 hours. I was confused about that in the beginning, also. The first night I woke up at 2:00 in the morning with a ten, I thought I was going to die and was receiving my just rewards for being such an evil person or something! Anyway, that first night, the pain would let up throughout the night, and than return with a 10 intensity. I realize now that I was actually experiencing 4 or 5 HA that night separated by periods of just soreness, weakness, and "shadowing." At the time, however, I really wasn't into figuring out if I was having many attacks with periods of lessening, or one long attack that varied in intensity. I think that can be confusing for people, especially first-timers.
