Ha! Finally someone who reports the nose being plugged before CH starts. I have long suspected that the plugged nose was not caused by the run off of tears for I for one do not get a runny nose. The nasal passage is just clamped or pinched shut.
Mild shadows I can usually abort by pulling out my nostril and doing some heavy snorting (not of substances, just of air).
I'd like some more feed back on this. Annemarie
