Dick, I know what you're going through with the verapamil. The minute (almost) I reduce the dosage, the heavy shadowing starts right up again.
On the other hand, I think I might have somehow, someway actually extended my cycles (which have now become one, long cycle) by remaining on the verapamil for too long. No proof -- just a gut feeling!
Maybe you could try dosing down and stay down for a week or so and see what happens. I know, I know . . . the headaches could come roaring back, but I still think it's worth a try.
