Your note almost made me cry. We all understand how you feel because we've all had the same thing happen. See your dr. and keep seeing (or calling) him until you find something that will give you some relief. Have you tried ice packs instead of a cold rag. Sometimes heat will work better than cold and sometimes cold works better. Try O2.
I've had people tell me, "Oh I know how it is, I've some real bad "sinus" headaches." I can only wish for a "sinus" headache! This web site is the only place I've found anyone who understands how bad they really are. Read the message board and follow some of the advice. Trial and Error are the only way you'll find what works for you. I'm so sorry you're suffering so bad.
