it occurs to me that without a job ... you might be having trouble getting a 'scrip for O2 or seeing a neuro or even a doctor.
should that be the case, or even if it's not ... search thru here for the "water treatment". it's cheap (only needs H2O) and relatively quick (should work in 1-2 days. just hafta drink a whole lot of water (with precautions - you have to build up to it so your body salts don't get screwed up) ... but without a doc and ins it's the best i've tried.
note that it does not work for everyone ... but if it works for you it'd be a godsend.
can't hurt to try - and the alternative hurts like an eye-ball-ectomy ...
