I don't know how intense men's CHs get, but I hope they're not worse than mine. Mine have gone from episodic to chronic (daily) over a period of 5 yrs. My Dad had migraines and my son has migraines, but I think the researchers are saying these HA from Hell are not heriditary. I don't know.
Most of us clusterheads think the pain is a lot worse than any migraine. Everyone reacts differently to treatments. Each CH sufferer has different triggers. Right now O2 and black coffee are working on mine and I'm off the cafagot, so I just hope it keeps up. Read the posted messages on this board for other help. Here's to pain free days. Barbara D.
