The first time worked immediately and absolutely ended my cycle, and I was free for two years.
This last cycle, however, produced little in the way of results so far as the headaches go.
I had six treatments and gave up, although several people have said they will help if you follow through with the recommended course.
Still, I could crap really good.
And my sex life...? WOW!
