If I were you, I would call my doctor immediately and tell him/her exactly, but exactly what you're doing. The dosage that you describe sounds very, very high to me. I repeat, to me.
In any case, I KNOW it's not a medication to experiment with, and the side effects can be devastating, so please, once again, call your doctor right now. Please.
