I would be terrified of taking more than 80mg. a day. This is a powerful and potentially dangerous
medicine with many adverse side effects of its own.
Please do not take more than the prescribed amount without talking with a doctor or pharmacist.
I have heard that an excess of chlorine bleach in a load of clothes gets them no cleaner than the prescribed amount. You can put more, but it is wasteful, and makes the clothes wear out faster.
