I had clusters for 20 years stright! Never missed more than a week at a time and each was a hour to two hours long, everyone of them a ten on the Kip scale. Then when I found this place I went through about three months of hell and real bad depression, the information I found here let me to the right medication for me. For the first time in 20 years I went to four clusters a week. I was able to abort those. I even went over two months not having any cluters. I am back to having around 8 a week but they are not lasting long about 15 minutes. So for me, things are better since I came here. CH board is not a trigger for my clusters. I do agree that the less we think about them the better it is.
