I've heard CH can be triggered by airplanes. I got my first CH on an airplane. It was the worst experience of my life -- I was on a plane from Dallas to London, and I got this stabbing pain 30 min into the flight which I now recognize as CH, but at the time I didn't know what the hell was wrong with me.
What a horrible feeling to be trapped in an airplane for hours with nowhere to go but the tiny lavatory.
