is a pain in the ears, and in the jaws. (not the same of CH, but not too low).
I found a way to avoid this, and is not too good for neighbors..:-) I blow my nose the more stronger I can, one time keeping my nostrils closed, the next not. I continue to do this till I feel the "sensation" is completely gone (generally 5 mins before landing).
My doc said me that's sinusitis and .... bleah... mucus in the ears (anyway don't drop from..:-)
