I have never had any set cycle. My CH usually come about every 18 mnths to 2 yrs but occasionally have gone for 3 yrs or more in between. There has never been any rhyme nor reason with mine.The beast just just appears when it feels like it. This is the first lot in 3 yrs and have been the worst ever. Getting about 5-6 a day. Usually about 3 at night & a couple during the day. Normally I would only have them at night with only the odd one during the day. This bout has been going on for about 7 weeks now & should be over by now. Normally lasts about 6 weeks max so I am worried that I may end up chronic. My god send has been oxygen, best stuff out.
