After extensive eye exams in So FL and ND, consensus is that the primary side is most affected by the vascular changes during CH..Some people more than others..For me, my meds have kept chronic CH pain under wraps pretty well, but always know when it is worse by the blurring, tearing, discomfort of my (r) eye..Hope this helps you cope...
