Glad to hear you're interested. A video vault would be a good idea.
But why should it be digital, to start with I mean? All those folk without the high tech equipment, just their ancient VCR, wouldn't they be happier with a tape they could get sent them (and would of course return, like good little clusterheaders)?

You could think of organising an evening in a community centre, church, office, or with your not-understanding family, to show a tape.

Maybe some knowledgable folk ,like yourself, could do little appearances, telling about the beast. Just talking off the top of my head here, ok?

But I am certainly wiling to translate what's on the tape - I AM a translator after all.

How to convert European VCR to American system, I do not yet know. I have some friends I could ask.

Also, sending a video tape electronically, I would not know how to begin, but again, maybe my friends can help.

Incidentally I am trying to get the other tapes too, and will certainly ask about redistribution and copyrights.

Thanks, Annemarie
