if you ever think to go of your meds for any reason DONT.
last night and today have been the worst ive experienced in 10 years of taking meds.
it was like before meds, excrutiating pain. even worse than the pain when im on meds.
im shadowing pretty good right now (if you can call it that) but i was able to get a few hours sleep this morning, ive gone back on the meds at my regular doesage. dont want to take anymore than that since riccardo informed me that i should have tapered off the meds instead of going cold turkey.
the indo supps helped but only being able to take 4 in 24 hours is what really sucked.
oh well, live and learn that im a dumbass.
