I just started reading the message boards (after a long absence). Please tell me more about this Pepper Cream. I've tried putting a tiny bit "just" inside my nostril on one side. Is this the correct way to apply it? Does it take a couple of times to work? My headaches are becoming more frequent (again)..........gonna call my neurologist this week. I've been taking Esgic plus for a while, which normally works. But now when I take 2 tablets they are less effective than 1 used to be. Is it possible acquire an "immunity"? thanks :/
