Ditto to what everyone else said...I have the same guages as Linda...max at 8.
My tank is tiny and in or near cycle...I take it everywhere. I own the whole works...it costs $9 to fill.
BUT the mask is what made all the difference for me. Forget those little nose cannules...they didn't help and irritated the hell out of me. I was advised by our CHMB ancestors to get a "NON-REBREATHER MASK"....it's got little valves on it that are supposed to only let air out and a bag at the bottom that fills up as the O2 "blows in" and you empty that with every inhalation. "heaven! 4 to 10 minutes most of the time.
I was also advised by "the brains" here to humidify the air....cause they said the O2 may tend to "burn" my sucker parts.
If you are one of us lucky ones that O2 works for...you will freak out when that demon backs down and dissappears almost instantly!
I sometimes do jumping jacks, sit ups, or run in place with the mask on. I don't know or care if it makes it work faster...it does distract me...like banging my head used to.
