Cyclical (or Chronic) Hypothamic Neuralgia might not be a medically correct description - I wouldn't know about that - but it surely does sound great. I've got to remember this name.
I also like cephalalgia horrend- (don't know what the suffix should be to be correct language, but you get the idea). I translate this as horrendous head pain. It even reduces to CH.
