My very first acupuncture treatment in 1995 stopped my entire cycle immediately. I thought it was a miracle.
So, this last cycle, I tried it again -- several session -- with very little effect. It was a different practitioner than the first one, who was French woman (the last one was Chinese) and they each had different spots they treated. I think it depends upon a great deal upon the knowledge of the practitioner.
