I noticed the same change. So, what I do now is use Maxalt. What you want to do is at the first sign of a shadow, toss the spray and take a Maxalt disolvable. You have now achieved the "I've done something about it" game and should be able to calm your mind down some. Then go running for your oxegyn because that's all that you are sure of that *Might* help. In other words, the best route (and don't follow my plan to do it) is to relax your mind if possible and get an effective abortive in the meantime.
