Because it was somewhat effecive on migraines, the FDA cleared the marketing of "Excedrin Migraine", which is the identical product to regular Excedrin. "Advil Migraine" doesn't seem to be available in my area yet, but I am guessing that the same cheesy marketing scheme has metastasized to Advil. Ibuprofin is Ibuprofin. Hope I'm wrong.
